Refund policy

  • No refunds for buyer’s remorse:

    • Because each item is made-to-order, Printful does not offer refunds or exchanges for:

      • Change of mind

      • Wrong size

      • Wrong color

  • Refunds for quality issues:

    • A free reprint or refund is available if:

      • The product is damaged or defective

      • There was a fulfillment error

    • You must submit a problem report with photos as proof.

  • Lost packages:

    • If an order is lost in transit, you must report it within 30 days of the estimated delivery date to file a claim.

  • Returns to sender:

    • If a package is returned due to an insufficient address, you are responsible for reshipping costs.

    • You will have 30 days to request reshipment after being notified of the return.

  • Seller responsibility:

    • As the store owner, you must set your own return and refund policy for your customers.

    • You are responsible for handling any returns due to buyer’s remorse directly.
